Teena Paul is the Founder & CEO of Giftolexia, a women-led social enterprise focused on early identification and support for children with learning disabilities. A post-graduate in Economics, and a Gold Medallist, Teena consciously stepped away from a conventional career to be a stay-at-home mother..
She reskilled through the Executive Programme in Business Management (EPBM) from IIM Calcutta and re-entered the workforce in the fast-evolving edtech sector, where she worked in a managerial role and gained hands-on experience in building and scaling education solutions.
In her fifties, Teena took the entrepreneurial leap to start Giftolexia, building a tech startup without a formal technology background. The venture has been incubated at IIM Bangalore, supported by the Department of Science and Technology (Government of India), and recognized globally as a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer (Class of 2023–2025).
Teena sees her late start as a strength—bringing clarity, resilience, and the freedom to focus deeply on impact. A natural collaborator and doer, her journey stands as a powerful example of how women can rewrite success on their own terms.
