She started her career in the deaf community over eleven years ago, with rich experience in the field of interpreting. She has worked with organizations such as Rotary Sanskardham Academy, TRRAIN (Trust for Retailers & Retail Associates of India) & BarrierBreak. She has also worked with A Grade Bollywood Actors. She as the gem of Pahal Foundation, has been with Pahal since the inception and was actively involved in structuring and policy making of the organization. Among her educational qualifications, Taslim holds a Post-Graduation degree from Mumbai University, PGDM in Business & Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Mumbai. Her understanding of the management studies as well as her empathy with the deaf community is the result of her personal journey from the ground level to being the Human Resource Manager. At Pahal Foundation, she has overall responsibility for all its initiatives and is a role model and a mentor to the enthusiastic, young team.
