Shirish has a mastery in Conceptualising the Transformation Opportunity and Readiness for the organization, Building the Roadmap and enabling the Realization – he has analyzed @ 250+ businesses and has recently helped a manufacturing setup to re-organize to become a global player with a topline increase of @ 300%
