Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Founder & CEO of HridaySe Consulting & former Director (HR) of Indian Oil, is an accomplished leader. With extensive experience in the energy sector, specifically as Director (HR) in Indian Oil for more than five years, he played a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of IndianOil, the largest oil refining and marketing companies in India. A firm believer in power of possibilities, Dr. Mohapatra has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, guiding teams to achieve remarkable results & driving organizational excellence. He is known for his strategic mindset, vision, and ability to inspire & motivate others. Currently, apart from mentoring several Start-ups, Dr. Mohapatra is an Independent Director in  Map My India, OFB Tech and AVPL International and is a visting faculty in top Management Institutes. Apart from this, the first book of Dr. Mohapatra; “Plain Speak Management – Insights from Life’s Lessons”, has been catching attention all around. Dr. Mohapatra also appears in a weekly podcast named; Reflections with Ranjan, of which more than 70 episodes have already been aired.

He is the immediate past Chair of International Federation of Training & Development Organisation (IFTDO), Geneva. Apart from being in the Board of Governors of RGIPT, he has served as Executive Board Member of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE),  Executive Board of Fore School of Management and also in different senior positions in All India Management Association, FICCI & CII among others. A successful Business Head, Dr. Mohapatra seized the supremacy of technology at BITS Pilani, during his Mechanical Engineering days and the dominance of Management functions at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He has done his Ph D in Management on Tacit Knowledge Management from Amity University. Dr. Mohapatra has also been conferred with the Doctor of Philosophy, Honoris Causa by Manav Rachna Institute of International Research and Studies for Corporate Leadership and was Recognized as ‘HR Leader of the year’ by ETHR at Economics Time Human Capitals Awards in 2021. He has also been inducted as a Fellow of All India Management Association (AIMA). He was also conferred with Distinguished Alumni Award in 2021 by his Alma Mater BITS, Pilani. Dr. Mohapatra is a Distinguished Visiting Faculty in IIM, Mumbai & IIM, Shillong taking credit courses like Business Ethics & Human Capital Management respectively. He is also currently an Honorary Professor of Practice in BIMTECH, Noida.
