He is one of the pioneers of the State Level Association of the Deaf, Maharashtra and has over a decade of experience in the areas of teaching Indian Sign Language, counseling & employability training for the deaf youths. He has also worked with the A Grade Bollywood Actors for various projects. He has trained more than thirty thousands hearing individuals in Indian Sign Language. He is also a role model and mentor to the enthusiastic, young deaf people in India. He has represented Indian deaf community in various International conferences. He is the senior activist working in the field of disability to achieve their rights & providing advocacy to the deaf & hearing communities. He is a firm believer that if a person works hard to achieve something, he/she will get everything they desire. He is the General Secretary of State Level Association of the Deaf & Treasurer of the Youth Association of the Deaf (India) & also part of various organizations. Pahal Foundation is his way of strengthening the deaf community in the form of Education, Trainings, Counseling, Sensitizing & Workshops. He also champions various social causes.
