As the Executive Vice President of Bosch Global Software Technologies and CTO of Bosch Mobility India, she is committed to driving innovation and develop technology solutions to address the market and societal challenges. She is a firm believer in industry collaborations to meet the future needs of the market.

With a career enriched by working extensively across automotive domains from Powertrain, Safety, Comfort to ADAS and Automated driving, Padmaja is currently driving the Bosch Mobility R&D and Advanced Engineering in India focusing on topics like SW, AI/ML, data driven products and solutions, to name a few. Padmaja firmly believes that software led innovations along with connected technologies would drive the future of Mobility.

Padmaja fosters an entrepreneurial mindset while developing engineering solutions and takes pleasure in coaching and guiding teams through the evolving engineering landscape.
