Mugdha Bavare is a former international-level swimmer who’s seen both the thrill of winning and the heartbreak of pressure first-hand. She knows what it feels like to train every day, only to underperform because your mind wasn’t in the right place.
After her sporting career, Mugdha decided to work on what she wished she had during her time as an athlete — someone to help with the mental side of the game.
Today, she’s a leading Sports & Counseling Psychologist with over 25 years of experience. She has worked with India’s top athletes, including Olympians, world champions, and national teams.
