A decorated military officer of the Indian Army with proven competencies and 20 years diverse experience in the field of space, telecommunications, information technology (IT), cyber security, project management, public policy and regulations together with operating in multi-cultural environment of the United Nations and counter insurgency area. He completed his Master of Technology (Computer Science & Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and Master of Arts in International Relations from The Fletcher’s School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities in spearheading and motivating dispersed teams in successful completion of Mission Critical Tasks in a challenging counter insurgency environment where he was twice awarded with gallantry award. He has a post graduate diploma in Human Rights and was commended as a Military Observer in Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) while leading an international team of officers. Presently, he is the Chief Operations Officer at the Defense Space Agency, managing the ground segment operations and heading the research & development center for cyber security solutions leveraging AI. A result driven strategist & highly motivated with excellent communication skills who is passionate on evolving digital solutions for humanity.
