Through severe childhood disabilities (Multiple Debilitating Disabilities Followed) and being told a special school was the only option left for him, resilience was the main word which got him through the unimaginable. Everyone has this in them regardless of the situation they are in, it being physical or mental health.

There are varied tools, techniques and practices which he use on himself revolving around the word resilience which can pick you up from any situation you feel stuck in life.

Got loads of experience in the ins and outs of life when it throws you a curveball, that’s why when you feel your car isn’t going ahead in life, come on board with him! He got plenty of fuel to pour in your car for a long long time!

Over here you’ll be assisted reaching your goals regardless of your situation, circumstances and even if it means pulling you out of quicksand.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2011 – St. Mary’s ICSE (Distinction)
  • 2013 – BJPC HSC (Distinction)
  • 2016 – IHM Mumbai(BSC) (Dadar Catering College, best in India) (Distinction)
  • SINCE 2017 – Worked with children and families of individuals with multiple disabilities and mental health conditions as a social worker and a Coach / Mentor with leading NGOs in India for the same. Also worked with children with my kind of disabilities so they have an easier childhood.
  • 2019  – Tiss (Masters In Social Work in disability studies and action with distinction)
  • 2021 – Accredited attested Holistic Life Coach with practice in (International Diploma Modern Applied Psychology, Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Diploma in Mindfulness Level 1, 2, 3 & Masters, Diploma in Fitness, trained in NLP, CBT, specialising in REBT and Fitness / Nutrition)
  • 2021 – Pursuing Masters in Clinical Psychology from IGNOU. Worked closely with and under the leading mental health therapists abroad.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • First person with Dystonia to swim for 12 hours non-stop covering 18.5 kilometres
  • Fastest Indian with a disability to complete an ironman 70.3.
  • Ironman Podium Finisher , First Indian with a disability to stand on an Ironman Podium.
  • First Indian with neurological disorder to complete a full ironman.
  • Fastest Individual with Dystonia to ever complete a full ironman.
  • Only the second Indian with disability to ever complete a full ironman.
  • Para Indian National Champ
  • First Indian to ever win a Asian Championship
