Havovi Hyderabadwalla completed her Masters in Forensic Psychology Studies from the University of York, UK. She also holds a Masters in Psychology and Clinical Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai. Additionally, she also holds a diploma in Forensic Science and Criminal Law for St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

Over the past 10 years, she has received training through her associations with rehabilitative work with patients in hospitals and prisons, such as Masina Hospital, Mumbai, Chhatrapati Shivaji Hospital, Mumbai, and Thane Mental Hospital, Mumbai. She has: formulated treatment plans on the basis psychometric testing results, case history and mental status examination, conducted sessions to psycho-educate patients, caretakers and informants to help them understand and cope with the psychological disorder of the patient and provide for their needs in a healthier manner, executed treatment plans through counselling sessions, which was eclectic in approach, and worked in close consultation with the psychiatrists in charge for further plan-of-action.

Apart from her decade long experience in Clinical and Forensic Psychology, she has served as Reviewer (Subject Matter Expert) for a prospective publication at Taylor & Francis Group, worked as a Senior Psychologist (consultant) with M.P.T.A. Education Ltd., Pune, and been exposed to the workings of the Mumbai Police, their operations and facilities. She is also a lecturer and visiting faculty at multiple colleges across Mumbai.

Currently, she is working as the co-founder and managing partner at Mind Mandala – Integrated Psychological Services, Mumbai which is internationally renowned for Intensive Clinical Training in Psychotherapy (ICTP) in collaboration with Desousa Foundation (UNESCO Bioethics Chair Affiliations, Albert Ellis New York Affiliations). She also teaches Forensic Psychology and conducts employee development programs for Human Resource departments in the corporate sector. At FACTS, she is a forensic consultant and trainer.
