Anuradha is an Author, Columnist, Blogger, and public speaker who works on multiple dimensions of three spaces – Business Innovation, Travel, and Books. She has worked in the Information Technology industry where she led Innovation initiatives, published many papers and a book on innovation, including co-authoring an India Innovates series for CII. She still studies, speaks, and writes about Innovation and occasionally consults in this space, including judging various business ideas contests.
Since 2004, Anuradha Goyal has been writing her blogs. IndiTales is a leading Bi-lingual travel blog from and about India with more than a thousand articles, thousands of images, and hundreds of videos covering nuances of travel in India and many countries around the world. IndiTales has been recognized with many awards and covered in all major print, electronic and digital media. She recently launched her Podcast – Detours with Anuradha Goyal, with a focus on Travel in Ancient India.
Her travel focus gradually narrowed to pilgrimages and pilgrimage traditions, mostly in India but not limited to India. She teaches Yatra Traditions at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, where she has also spent a stint as a visiting professor.
Anuradha Goyal has reviewed more than 700 books earning her a place in Limca Book of Records. Books span across fiction, non-fiction but a lot more focus on non-fiction. She is also reading a lot of ancient Indian literature and shares her reflections on the same. She regularly conducts workshops on various Indian Scriptures like:
