Dr Nandita Shah

Biography

Dr Nandita Shah, a medical doctor, and homeopath by training, believes each of us can be our own best doctor most of the time. Dr Shah has been in the medical profession for 36 years, and has been teaching and doing public speaking for 28 years. After years of teaching seminars in Europe and USA, Dr Shah founded SHARAN, www.sharan-india.org, an organization devoted to disease reversal through food. Through SHARAN she has trained doctors and health coaches to help people reach their highest health potential.

For Dr Shah, the mind and body connection has always been an integral part of her work. With her work in health and nutrition she has seen many participants make changes that have enabled them to reach their highest potential, not just in their physical health, but in their emotional and spiritual well being.

Dr Nandita Shah received the Nari Shakti Puraskar 2016 for her work in health and nutrition.
