Bharat Wakhlu


Bharat Wakhlu is the Founder and President of The Wakhlu Advisory (TWA).
He provides consulting services to leading organisations in Strategic thinking, Performance Excellence, Competitive Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Customer Journeys, Policy Advocacy, Ethical Leadership, Socially and Environmentally Responsible business processes, Personal Growth, High-performing Teams, Business Transformation and Change Management.

In a career spanning 35 years in cross-functional leadership positions, he has established himself as a proven performer at global scales. With his experience in the Tata Group, which he joined as a Tata Administrative Services Executive in 1985, and later with Sikorsky and, collaborating with organizations as a business consultant and mentor, he has demonstrated the capability to create future-ready enterprises that are effective, healthy, profitable, and wholesome places for talented people to work in.

Bharat is a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, from BITS, Pilani, and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore. He has an Advanced International MBA (Modular), from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and has attended the Senior General Management Executive Education Programme, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.

He is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality, USA, a Fellow of the All India Management Association, and the General Secretary of the Foundation for Restoration of National Values.
